At the beginning of 2024, we launched a recruiting campaign with Grama Blend on Facebook & Instagram, which used stylish single image ads and carousel ads to inspire interested craftspeople to apply for a new job. The advertised positions were carpenters as well as CNC millers and the ads were displayed around the company location in the area of Sulzbach-Rosenberg.

Ads were published on Facebook and Instagram to draw attention to different professions. This included a metal technology apprenticeship, a product designer apprenticeship, a dual study program and a position in quality assurance.

meistro r. e. GmbH is the project development company for renewable energy generation within the meistro Group and the youngest member of the family. The company’s mission is to develop renewable energy generation projects for the meistro Group, with a focus on solar and biomass power plants.  

With the lead campaign at the beginning of 2024, meistro r.e. aimed to gather contacts who could broker sites for new photovoltaic systems. With provocative images and a guaranteed 5% commission, the campaign targeted, among others, agricultural consultants, such as milking machine salespeople on LinkedIn. The campaign was played out on Facebook, Google and Instagram according to the “Who Knows Who” principle. 

The campaign ran for a total of four weeks and performed best on Facebook and Instagram. Therefore, the campaign was continued exclusively on these channels for a few months.

Active Key is one of the leading providers of keyboards and PC mice for professional data entry in hygiene-sensitive areas. The keyboards and mice are characterized by optimal usability, light keystrokes, and optimal key feel. 

The campaign for the launch of the new Hygiene Desktop 2, a desktop set consisting of a mouse and keyboard, was run on Google Display, LinkedIn, and Xing. 

The target audience was chosen: Google Display was intended to reach doctors and clinics, LinkedIn was intended to reach laboratories and hygienists, and Xing was intended to raise awareness of the new Hygiene Desktop 2 among researchers. 

The campaign ran for four weeks and included single-image and carousel ads.
